...This is a general post for Paradisa residents, should anyone wish to harass visit or contact Edgeworth ICly. If you are not from Paradisa (I.E., from another game/dressing room, etc), you are welcome to interact with Edgeworth via his Hotel Room.

Room at various angles.

...Because Edgeworth is very well-off, there will be no question that he will request as much from the castle as he can to feel 'at home.' Therefore, his room will be inspired by a room of one of his favourite hotel suites - the Hazlitts in Soho, London. The hotel room is a bit smaller than it appears in the picture, but is extremely richly furnished and decorated. However, with opulence comes a price, as usual, and because of Edgeworth's fastidious tastes, the castle will inflict upon him at least one temporary loss per month. Unbeknownst to Edgeworth, of course.

At any given time, there will be a book or two on the bed, and others placed sporadically at various crevasses within the room.  There is another, smaller partition of the room containing a couch, small table, and chair. There are a pair of small speakers, a heated blanket, a small fridge with at least two wine bottles, and a heating apparatus that doesn't emit microwaves. There's also a burgundy/blue chess set. There's no television, no futon, and of course, no Oldbag . There is a black box on the desk that requires not only a key to be opened, but a sliding puzzle to be solved. There's also a medium-sized kitchen. The bathroom is nothing particularly fascinating, as he doesn't spend enough time in there to feel the need to expend too much effort in decorating it, and it is much smaller than one may expect after seeing the room. There is, however, a clean bathtub lined with a few red/gold, unused candles.

[Far from judging Edgeworth at all, Phoenix is staring at him, trying to read his face to determine whether or not he's in any pain or still feeling badly.]

Are you doing okay now? You scared me.

Apart from being a bit embarrassed, yes. I am quite alright. That's quite odd. This has never happened to me, before...

You shouldn't sit in hot water for too long! It's bad for you!






...though it is pretty worrying. I didn't faint, and I'm the one who's been drinking tonight. Maybe you need to see a doctor or something.

...At this rate, I am inclined to agree with you. Regularly, I tend to sit in hotter water for far longer.

Well, yes, I-...[Pause.]...Are you sure you are alright?

Me? Of course I'm alright... except I'm very worried about you... I don't really want to have to pull any more unconscious friends out of a hot spring again any time soon.

I will be fine. As for you... I deeply apologize for any permanent damage I may have caused you by having to see me like this once again.

See you like what? Fainting? I'm just glad I was here to help!

[Concern is strong enough to drive the thought of Edgeworth's naked body right out of Phoenix's mind. For now.]

Not quite, I me--Oh, whatever.

...And now, I have a headache.

Maybe you should go to the doctor now...

That won't be necessary... I have a good feeling as to why I have a headache...but if you could-- [Cutting himself off, he wishes up a robe and puts it on.]...I'll just...go back to my room.

[takethat]

I'll help! Just let me put my pants on...

[And he scurries off to do just that, as quickly as possible, before returning in a hurry and still shirtless.]

[There's a small smile as he notes Phoenix's eagerness, watching him with the very same expression when he returns.]






...You may as well put on a shirt, too.

Huh? Oh, I... guess...

[Fumbling, he does so]

...I thought you might be gone when I got back over here.

Ah, so you apparently think I have superpowers, too. It is no wonder you feel 'inadequate.'

[takethat]

I just thought you'd take off without me.

[He finishes buttoning his shirt and goes over to offer a hand to Edgeworth for the second time this night.]

Do you think you can stand?

[cantacquityou]

[He takes the hand, even though he was certain he didn't need the help, and hoists himself up with Phoenix's help.

Maintaining his hold onto Phoenix's hand, he stumbles a bit forward. On purpose.]

He places his free hand on Edgeworth's arm to steady him, and then snakes his own arm around Edgeworth's back.]

Lean on me if you get dizzy.

[Ready to march when you are, Edgey.]

[He blinked... Not expecting this much contact for sure... he gently pushes himself from Phoenix, straightening himself up and starts off.]

Ahem. I can manage on my own. Let's be off, then.
