Room at various angles.

...Because Edgeworth is very well-off, there will be no question that he will request as much from the castle as he can to feel 'at home.' Therefore, his room will be inspired by a room of one of his favourite hotel suites - the Hazlitts in Soho, London. The hotel room is a bit smaller than it appears in the picture, but is extremely richly furnished and decorated. However, with opulence comes a price, as usual, and because of Edgeworth's fastidious tastes, the castle will inflict upon him at least one temporary loss per month. Unbeknownst to Edgeworth, of course.

At any given time, there will be a book or two on the bed, and others placed sporadically at various crevasses within the room.  There is another, smaller partition of the room containing a couch, small table, and chair. There are a pair of small speakers, a heated blanket, a small fridge with at least two wine bottles, and a heating apparatus that doesn't emit microwaves. There's also a burgundy/blue chess set. There's no television, no futon, and of course, no Oldbag . There is a black box on the desk that requires not only a key to be opened, but a sliding puzzle to be solved. There's also a medium-sized kitchen. The bathroom is nothing particularly fascinating, as he doesn't spend enough time in there to feel the need to expend too much effort in decorating it, and it is much smaller than one may expect after seeing the room. There is, however, a clean bathtub lined with a few red/gold, unused candles.

Anyway... I'm sure you don't want to sit here in the sand all night and try to convince me I'm a celebrity. Right? You said you wanted "other options."

O-"Other options?" [For some unknown reason, blushes slightly] Ah, I did say that, did I not... Well, firstly, I would like to get out of these clothes at some point... [Wait.] ...I-I mean...being that I am wet, and such... [Not much better...]

Oh, nonsense. [He scratches behind his head.] In any case, should we hope to do anything else from here on, I'd prefer to do so in dry clothes...

[He pauses thoughtfully.] That is, unless...we dare to get a little wetter, perhaps...

There is apparently a communal bath area reminiscent of the Japanese onsen that I've heard to be quite relaxing.

Ah, really? Those sound so relaxing--I've always wanted to try one.

[He jerks away before Edgeworth can get hold of him.]

If that's how it's going to be, I really am going to bed.

Oh, come now. Mention of a little water and you wish to put a damper on our plans?

We don't have any plans--especially not plans involving swimming...

Oh? I thought you had agreed to go to the bath with me.

[takethat]

Bathing isn't swimming, Miles Edgeworth, and you know it.

I wasn't under the impression that our previous consensus to go to the bath house had changed.

[And he's on his feet and holding out a hand to help Edgeworth up.]

Let's not just sit here talking about it!

Yes, Your Majesty. [He takes his hand, though not necessary, and brings himself to his feet.] It is apparently in the general vicinity.

Good, lead the way!

[As he still hangs on to that hand.]

Hmm. It appears that we are the only ones here, currently...

I guess it is getting pretty late...

[And he's completely in awe of the place.]

That generally doesn't stop people from coming to a bath. One could only wonder why it is so deserted...

[He walks over to the edge of the water and wishes up a thermometer, as well as a few test strips in order to test the levels of Bromine, Chlorine and PH. Kneeling, he takes a few minutes to gauge that the water is indeed safe based on the analysis (though he still had his doubts, given that this is Paradisa, after all), and proceeds to remove his jacket, folding it over his forearm.]

[He's a couple of buttons through taking his shirt off before, finally, it crosses his mind to point out the obvious.]

...er... well I don't exactly have a bathing suit with me? Guess I can wish one up...
