...This is a general post for Paradisa residents, should anyone wish to harass visit or contact Edgeworth ICly. If you are not from Paradisa (I.E., from another game/dressing room, etc), you are welcome to interact with Edgeworth via his Hotel Room.

Room at various angles.

...Because Edgeworth is very well-off, there will be no question that he will request as much from the castle as he can to feel 'at home.' Therefore, his room will be inspired by a room of one of his favourite hotel suites - the Hazlitts in Soho, London. The hotel room is a bit smaller than it appears in the picture, but is extremely richly furnished and decorated. However, with opulence comes a price, as usual, and because of Edgeworth's fastidious tastes, the castle will inflict upon him at least one temporary loss per month. Unbeknownst to Edgeworth, of course.

At any given time, there will be a book or two on the bed, and others placed sporadically at various crevasses within the room.  There is another, smaller partition of the room containing a couch, small table, and chair. There are a pair of small speakers, a heated blanket, a small fridge with at least two wine bottles, and a heating apparatus that doesn't emit microwaves. There's also a burgundy/blue chess set. There's no television, no futon, and of course, no Oldbag . There is a black box on the desk that requires not only a key to be opened, but a sliding puzzle to be solved. There's also a medium-sized kitchen. The bathroom is nothing particularly fascinating, as he doesn't spend enough time in there to feel the need to expend too much effort in decorating it, and it is much smaller than one may expect after seeing the room. There is, however, a clean bathtub lined with a few red/gold, unused candles.

Are most adults really that fond of bathing naked together?

Well, that is a good question. Why don't you ask the overwhelming number of adults that are here?

[Grumbling, he gets back to disrobing and wondering if it's too much to hope for that he'll suddenly disappear back to Los Angeles before he can finish getting naked in front of Edgeworth.]

If it bothers you that much, why don't you go to the locker area and disrobe in private? Then, you may go ahead of me and spare yourself from being tormented by my ...[He shrugs]...apparently lecherous gaze, since that is the only thing I could imagine you're afraid of.

You sure do find the worst ways to take everything, don't you? I'm just a little shy! But--

[Challenge accepted. He tosses his shirt aside.]

--I'm not afraid of anything--especially not you.

Then the initial trepidation was for...?

Being shy. Like I just said.

[Without a word, he disappears about a corner and emerges shortly after with a towel wrapped around his waist, as well as one about his neck. Not to mention the folded one in his hands. He offers it to Phoenix.]

Oh... thanks.

[He nods. This seems like a good plan, and he follows suit, going to hide before returning with a towel around his own waist.]

[That makes him chuckle a bit, considering that he hadn't gone to hide, but to simply stow away his clothes.] Well, then. After you, if that makes you feel any better.

[takethat]

I'm not sure which makes me feel better...


[But he steps into the water, peering at it to see how deep it is.]

Turn around so I can take off this towel.

Of course. [WIth another chuckle, he turns his face, shielding the side of it with one hand.] Let me know when I am allowed to join you...

[He leaves the towel on the ground near the water and inches slowly forward until he's chest-deep, hugging himself and shivering against the cold air despite the heat from the bath. The onsen is comfortable, but he's all nerves and he's not budging.]

O-okay... all clear...

[Cue nervous laughter]

[cantacquityou]

[Edgeworth walks over, stopping behind Phoenix and stooping next to him.]

Are you alright?

[takethat]

[He nearly jumps out of the water at that, spins around and digs his fingernails into his own skin in an attempt to hide even more than he already is.]

I'm fine!! Totally fine!!

[cantacquityou]

[He laughs heartily at that. Two times in one day. Go Phoenix. Anyway, Edgeworth then proceeds to slowly dip a toe into the water...]

[...He drops his towel on Phoenix's head before slipping in.]

[takethat]

[Removing the towel from his head would require moving, which he isn't going to do, so he just stands there.]


Nice hot water... huh?

I take it you didn't use the shared showers in High School.

[takethat]

That was different.

[He's spat that out before he can stop himself. He throws the towel from his head and crouches until he's up to his chin in the water.]

[He simply finds a nice, shallow area to sit. :/ He leans back and relaxes, the water reaching his chest.]

...How so?

[takethat]

[Oh, another good idea from Edgeworth. Having no idea how to behave in one of these things, Phoenix again copies him sans the relaxing... although keeping a nice, safe distance away from the other man.]

Uh, well... you know, that was a have-to situation.

[cantacquityou]

I am not following.

[takethat]

I didn't have a choice back then. I had to use the showers.

...And you're not accustomed to this by now? You must have seen fellows of every variation imaginable.
