...This is a general post for Paradisa residents, should anyone wish to harass visit or contact Edgeworth ICly. If you are not from Paradisa (I.E., from another game/dressing room, etc), you are welcome to interact with Edgeworth via his Hotel Room.

Room at various angles.

...Because Edgeworth is very well-off, there will be no question that he will request as much from the castle as he can to feel 'at home.' Therefore, his room will be inspired by a room of one of his favourite hotel suites - the Hazlitts in Soho, London. The hotel room is a bit smaller than it appears in the picture, but is extremely richly furnished and decorated. However, with opulence comes a price, as usual, and because of Edgeworth's fastidious tastes, the castle will inflict upon him at least one temporary loss per month. Unbeknownst to Edgeworth, of course.

At any given time, there will be a book or two on the bed, and others placed sporadically at various crevasses within the room.  There is another, smaller partition of the room containing a couch, small table, and chair. There are a pair of small speakers, a heated blanket, a small fridge with at least two wine bottles, and a heating apparatus that doesn't emit microwaves. There's also a burgundy/blue chess set. There's no television, no futon, and of course, no Oldbag . There is a black box on the desk that requires not only a key to be opened, but a sliding puzzle to be solved. There's also a medium-sized kitchen. The bathroom is nothing particularly fascinating, as he doesn't spend enough time in there to feel the need to expend too much effort in decorating it, and it is much smaller than one may expect after seeing the room. There is, however, a clean bathtub lined with a few red/gold, unused candles.

[Oh, another good idea from Edgeworth. Having no idea how to behave in one of these things, Phoenix again copies him sans the relaxing... although keeping a nice, safe distance away from the other man.]

I didn't have a choice back then. I had to use the showers.

...And you're not accustomed to this by now? You must have seen fellows of every variation imaginable.

...there's nothing awkward about showering with a bunch of guys you're forced to shower with every day. This is awkward. Just... let me feel what I feel about it.

Am I to be blamed for having a penchant for deciphering shady behavior? I am a prosecutor, after all.

I'm being... shady?

If anything, you're behaving quite oddly. Well, moreso than usual...

I thought we were in agreement that it's been a tough day?

[He tries to lean back and relax.]

Barring that there is quite a bit of a disconnect in that logic, I suppose I will simply take your word for it and let you be.

What about you? You have absolutely no problem being naked in front of a--

...I repeat. By chance, you've already seen all that there is to be seen. I have not grown anything extraneous since. What sense is there in hiding from you now?

...guess I can't argue with that logic...

[Eyeing the rest of the bath with some trepidation]

...how deep do you think this is?

If I were to make an educated guess - I don't know.

[takethat]

I'll just... stay over here and wonder.

[He's eyeing Edgeworth out the corners of his eyes, now. The warmth from the water is finally getting to him and actually helping calm him down, not that he'd like to admit that.]

[Edgeworth rested his spare towel upon a nearby rock, resting his head upon it and closing his eyes.]

By all means, I invite you to go find out for yourself.

I'd drown.




Not that you'd probably mind that?

I beg your pardon?

Oh, nothing...

[He scoots a little closer, fully intent on splashing Edgeworth while he's not looking.]

[Taking note of the audible movement of the water as his eyes remain closed.]


...I take it you're getting a bit more comfortable around me.

[takethat]

Just trying to pick on you. Nothing new.

[splash]

[cantacquityou]

[He covers his face with his palm to avoid having his face further assaulted by hot water, but otherwise does nothing until the splash attack subsides]


You simply exist to irritate me, don't you?

[He leans on his elbow on the natural "wall" of the bath.]

Nice to know I have a purpose, at least, huh?
